Thank you for taking the time to apply to join our research team! Our fellows are the heart of our team, creating original output in six regional groups as they have the chance to meet and connect with like-minded peers from around the world.

Who are we looking for? You should be:
- an undergraduate or graduate student OR young professional OR (high school student in your final year)
- a dedicated and open-minded researcher willing to take initiative and having a desire to foster meaningful exchanges of ideas and opinions
- proficient in English
- enthusiastic and motivated
- a team player
- able to meet deadlines

Hirings Needs for Each Group:

AM (Americas): 3-5 fellows
EA (East Asia): 2-4 fellows
Eurasia (Europe and the Near East): 1-5 fellows
MEA (Middle East and Africa):
SSEA (South Asia + Southeast Asia):

Econ (Economics-focused): 3-5 fellows

Expectations:
- undertake research in your geographical region of interest
- write academic, journalistic, and professional pieces
- adhere to referencing, citation, and copyright standards set forth by our organization
- actively contribute to the research, social, and professional activities of the think tank

- every week/2 weeks: attendance and discussion of current affairs in Research Groups
- monthly output requirements: 4 short outputs OR 2 medium outputs OR long output
