Researcher Training

Here at Vanguard Think Tank, we’re proud to provide first-class training to all of our researchers, no matter what stage of their professional career or education they are at. We employ people with all levels of research experience, ranging from complete beginners to seasoned professionals. Our fellows span from first-year university students to adults in their first professional careers. For those who are just starting out, our group leads provide hands-on experience on a wide range of publications, such as op-eds, literature reviews, and even infographics. And for our researchers that might have more experience, we embrace life-long learning through peer-review sessions, participation-based editing, and workshops throughout the year. Below, you can find the results of this training: shorter-form publications such as stand-alone abstracts our researchers create in order to enhance their social sciences research skills.
